Here is my take for the few that need to re-read the above paragraphs,
"we understand...it is All about choice."
...if I am a man, "that's not my choice, I can not get pregnant."
...if I am a women, "that's my choice, this is my body."
...if I am me, "Why all the confusion? ..... It doesn't take much to understand! I am making a choice."
...All about "choice."
