Why not? "Treat" it the same as alcohol and tobacco... TAX it! We can grow tobacco, cigarettes kill. You want to stop the violence with the Mexican cartels, shootings in the Hood, turf wars? Cut out the middle-man.
Grow American! Taxes, the American way! And we as Americans already know about Taxes!
Our founding fathers would be so impressed if this was made legal. George Washington, Thomas Jefferson and many others were Hemp growers! Wasn't the Declaration of Independance written on Hemp paper? Someone had to be smoking something to stand up to the British!
Oh now wait, the forest industry, the paper companies, the cotton growers will ONCE AGAIN do everything in their power to stop this.
